MARK LEICHTER PROJECT MANAGER/DEVELOPER

Mark has over 20 years of direct experience in real estate development and construction in both residential and commercial real estate.  His day to day work involves land entitlements, permit approvals, construction management, cost controls and workflow coordination.

 

In addition to supervision and management of the entire construction project, Mark remains actively involved until contract completion and issuance of all final certifications that are typically required from municipal authorities prior to occupancy.  Mark works closely with the other Managing Partners in performing due diligence on potential investment opportunities for our clients.
